Important Information

Before submitting your claim, please ensure that:

• The deceased was an active member or covered dependant

• Membership contributions were up to date

• The required waiting period conditions have been met

• All supporting documents are properly certified

Once all required documentation has been received and verified, we aim to process valid claims within 48 hours.
