Anyone up to the age of 84 years old may apply for membership, subject to approval. We offer flexible cover options including individual, immediate family, extended family, and group schemes such as stokvels and social clubs. All members must provide the required documentation and consent to be insured.
We aim to process valid claims within 48 hours after receiving all required certified documents. Our goal is to provide timely financial support to families during their time of need.
Yes. A six-month waiting period applies to natural death. However, accidental death is covered immediately once the first premium payment has been made.
